Ingredients:
Cook the chicken according to package directions.
In a saucepan, add the gochujang, honey, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, vegetable oil and sesame oil and stir together. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Place all the cooked chicken in a bowl and pour the sauce over it, tossing to coat.
Meanwhile, steam the bao buns for about 10 minutes, until cooked through. Open the buns and place the chicken inside, garnish with pickled onion, cucumber, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
